Description

Description proposed work. The main objective of this project is to repair structural deficiencies in the patient parking garage, including but not limited to column, beam, joist, deck, wall, stairs, topping slab, façade, handrail repairs. The contractor shall complete the requirements described in this scope of work, the A/E drawings and A/E specifications within 540 calendar days after the notice to proceed. Maintaining the operational capability of the medical center is paramount and the contractor shall coordinate all activity schedules with the COR prior to execution and two (2) weeks in advance. Work during this project shall be conducted during normal business hours and/or after hours/weekends according to the nature of the work. Normal business hours are defined as 7:00AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Tentative dates for issuing invitation. The VA plans to issue the solicitation on or about 06-11-2024. Will plans be available for inspection without charge? The solicitation and all appliable information, drawings and specifications will be published electronically at no cost. Date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted. Will be determined based on actual solicitation posting. Restricted to small businesses?
