Gunnery Training Systems: Award

Description:  Gunnery Training Systems Solicitation was posted on Sam.Gov for full and open competition on 29 January 2021. Tech refresh, concurrency upgrades, and production of legacy gunnery training simulation systems. The GTS simulators provide familiarization training, skills progression, and sustainment training for the United States Army and United States Marine Corps wheeled and tracked vehicles. GTS provide capabilities that allow students to become familiar with the actual platform instrumentation including sensors, switches, and various terrain, environmental, and visibility conditions. Through the selection of scenarios, GTS trains soldiers’ physical and mental skills critical for successfully winning battles under any condition. The GTS permits the Instructor/Operator to monitor soldier gunnery performance and soldier reactions to complex progression scenarios, to include randomly induced malfunctions through gunnery skill progression. GTS includes delivery to both CONUS and OCONUS locations.   The contract period of performance includes a five-year ordering period, with final deliveries required no later than two years beyond the end of the ordering period.
