Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for FLIR camera equipment.  The compliant material is available solely from Teledyne FLIR.  The NAICS code is 334310 and the business size is 750 employees.

The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a small business basis.  The proposed action is for FLIR camera equipment.  The basis for restricting competition is for the following reasons: FLIR is the only compatible equipment with existing systems.  The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase.
