Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation announcement for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR PART 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be associated with this requirement. The United States Department of Agriculture, Rural Development (USDA-RD), anticipates awarding a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. This Critical requirement is Nationwide in scope for Default Management Services (NDMS) supporting an RD portfolio that is located in all 50 United States, including the U.S. Territories of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa. NDMS is comprised of the following services: Property Preservation, Legal Foreclosures, Real Estate Owned (REO) Disposition, and Default Appraisals. These services are currently being performed as separate contracts which will transition into this NDMS contract.

The associated NAICS for this requirement is 531390, Other Activities Related to Real Estate.

Questions pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted in writing to NDMS-Acquistion@usda.gov no later than May 15, 2022. Prospective Offerors shall use “Attachment G, Offeror Questions Template” when submitting questions in accordance with Request For Proposal (RFP), Section 3. Inquiries. In order for a thorough and timely response to all questions, Prospective Offerors are encouraged to submit questions pertaining to the RFP as early as possible, but no later than the date shown above. USDA-RD will post amendments issued to the RFP, responses to questions, and other official communication from the Contracting Officer on SAM.gov.

The established due date for receipt of proposal submission is June 12, 2022, as specified on the Standard Form (SF 1449), (See Block 8).
