Description
Project Description: This is a 2 face Design Build(DB) The Contractor is to design and Install a new transformer. The new transformer is a 750 KVA, 13200 V to 480Y/277 V, Class OA 60 Hertz, three Phase Distribution Transformer, copper windings and 4 position switch (A, B, Open, Open) in the West Palm Beach VAMC Building No 3
This solicitation will be evaluated on a Trade-Off basis. As stated elsewhere in this solicitation, this procurement is a two (2) Phase Design/Build IAW FAR Part 36.3. One solicitation will be issued covering both phases. In Phase I proposals will be evaluated to determine which offerors will submit proposals in Phase II. Block 13 A refers to Phase I proposals.
