Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY TO ANNOUNCE THE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, FAR EAST DISTRICT (FED) INDUSTRY DAY

The Industry Day will be held on Friday, 13 October 2023 from 08:30 - 16:30, Korea Standard Time (KST), at Riverbend Golf Course Ballroom, Camp Humphreys, Korea. Participants are limited to a maximum of two (2) individuals per firm. NOTE: For those firms that cannot join us physically at the event, we will have a Webex option for firms to attend virtually with the same participant limitation of a maximum of two (2) individuals per firm. Please submit attached the RSVP survey by 22 September 2023 if you are interested in attending Industry Day to both the POCs below.

The purpose of this event is to provide an outreach to our industry partners to enhance competition, build relationships, and facilitate a better understanding of FED's mission requirements and contract capabilities. The presentation will be conducted in the English language only, but both English and Korean slides will be visually presented.

Far East District (FED) leadership will provide briefings regarding upcoming business opportunities within the district as well as a Q&A session to stimulate discussion in an effort to promote transparency and improve the delivery of our program.  If time permits, vendors may have the opportunity to speak with District Program Managers, Engineering and Construction representatives, and Contracting Officers, one-on-one.  By attending this event, industry partners can gain valuable insight into FED’s projected future workload, build networking opportunities, and understand some of the economic challenges both the Government and Industry are facing.
