Presolicitation Notice/Advertisement GSA Public Buildings Service

U.S. GOVERNMENT

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: NM
City: Albuquerque

Delineated Area: North – Starting at the intersection of Hwy 556
((Tramway Blvd NE) and Hwy 423 (Paseo del Norte
NE) heading West on Hwy 423 to the intersection of
Hwy 423 and Ventura St. NE heading North to the
intersection of Ventura St. NE and Alameda Blvd NE,
merging into Hwy 528 (heading West to the intersection
of Hwy 528 and Hwy 45
West – Starting at the intersection of Hwy 528 and
Hwy 45 heading south on Hwy 45, merging into Hwy
314 towards the intersection of Hwy 314 and Hwy 6.
South – Starting at the intersection of Hwy 314 and
Hwy 6 heading East on Hwy 6 to the intersection of Hwy
6 and Hwy 47 heading North on Hwy 47 to the
intersection of Hwy 47 and Hwy 40 heading East to the
intersection of Hwy 40 and Hwy 556 heading North to
the intersection of Hwy 556 and Hwy 423

-The building should be located in an area of
the city with a low threat level.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,
seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced
lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent annual chance
floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications
prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense
Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition
