Combined Synopsis and Solicitation

Solicitation Number 19GE5023Q0051

The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for: Supply and delivery of Forensic Equipment – Brand Name or Equal for the U.S. Embassy Kyiv, Ukraine on behalf of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). All interested sellers shall review the solicitation and offer equipment in accordance with the specification provided in this document.

This acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.

The evaluation of offers will be based on the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. It is the offeror’s responsibility to prove that the equipment it is offering meets the requested specifications.
