Description

Scope of Work: The project is located at the Womble houses, 1322 and 1406 Hwy 270 E, Mount Ida, AR 71957. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform the work listed below per the specifications/schedule:
       1. Assistant Ranger House: Major repairs per the attached specifications and schedule
       2. Ranger House: Major repairs per the attached specifications and schedule
       Option 01. Remove and replace Roof Ranger residence
       Option 02. Remove and replace Roof Assistant Ranger residence
Location:The project is located in the Ouachita National Forest. The Womble Ranger and Assistant Ranger houses are located at 1322 and 1406 Hwy 270E Mount Ida, Montgomery County,AR.
TENTATIVE DATES:Issuance of RFQ- 07/24/2023;
Site visit- 08/02/2023 at 0900, Womble Asst Ranger Dwelling. 1322 Hwy 270 E.
Last day for questions-08/14/2023
Quote submittal deadline- 08/18/2023
Completion date 120 days after Notice to proceed
Period of Performance: 08/25/2023 to 12/22/2023
TYPE of CONTRACT:This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) which will result in award of a firm-fixed price contract. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsive offeror.
