PRON: AX3F6156AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 100 each up to 500 each maximum of a SERVOCYLINDER; NSN: 1650-01-494-0083; Part Number: 7-311820014-21 applicable to the AH-64 Apache weapon system.
Estimated Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing is 990 Days After Contract Award (DACA). PLT without First Article Testing is 660 DACA with deliveries to Tracy, CA 95304.

This item is suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time from the indicated approved source(s) of supply. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. The Government has access to the data but does not own the rights to the data. The rights ownership has been verified through the Project Management Office. There is no cause to contest the ownership of the rights.
This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: usarmy.redstone.devcomavmc.mbx.amr-m-sar@army.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
