Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation is seeking proposals from Offerors to provide the following:

SM-Service Now per the attached Request for Proposal # CORHQ-24-Q-0440.

Please provide your most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See section M of the RFQ for Evaluation Criteria.

Your firm has been selected to submit a proposal. Please note the following:

1.    This opportunity is also posted on SAM.gov

2.    Questions regarding the solicitation can be sent by 10:00 am on August 19, 2024 via email to Ellisha Smith at ellismith@fdic.gov.

3.    Proposals are due 1:00 pm EST Monday September 16, 2024 or sooner if possible.

4.    What’s required in your submission: 

Signed RFQ with Section K Reps and Certs completed

Completed Attachment B – Pricing Schedule (Excel)

                   EULA or MSAs – Any terms and conditions – (no hyperlinks)
