Beale AFB Painting IDIQ

AMENDMENT 0001 - Amendment 0001 is to incorporate two attachments: Attachments 12 - Coefficient Pricing Instructions and Attachment 13 Paint Coefficients Pricing Sheet. All Requests for Information have been posted. (8 July)

This solicitation is for Painting Services at Beale AFB. The Government intends to award a Single Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for 8(a) Small Business concerns.  

The cumulative Painting IDIQ value (combined value of all task orders from all awarded contracts) is not to exceed $9.9 million over a five-year period with an additional three one-year option periods. The value of individual task orders will range from $2,000 to $500,000. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package

Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. The Contracting Office for this requirement is the 9th Contracting Squadron, 6500 B Street, Suite 101, Beale AFB, CA 95903-1712.  Please submit questions regarding this acquisition to the referenced point of contact.

Please review attachment 3 Section L&M for accurate formating. Solcitation includes Sec L&M, but the contract writing system created different formating. 

Details:

A. This solicitation is for 8(a) small business set-aside Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for painting services. 

B. To be considered responsive IAW FAR 52.204-8, vendors need to be registered in System for Award Management (SAM).

C. The Government will award a single contract as a result of this solicitation.

D. The base ordering period of the contract is five years. This contract also includes three one-year option periods.

E. Task Order(s) will be issued IAW the terms included in this IDIQ contract.

E.1. Performance period will be negotiated separately for each task order.

E.2. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for each task order meeting the thresholds listed in FAR 28.102-1(a) and FAR 28.102-1(b)(1).

F. Sections K, L, and M will be physically removed upon award, but will be deemed to be incorporated by reference in that award.

G. Guaranteed contract minimum is $2,000.00. The maximum value of all orders under the Painting program is $9,900,000.00.

H. See Instructions to Bidders in Section L to ensure timely submission.

I. The period of performance for basic and option years may be adjusted to reflect date of award.
