Description
The U.S. Embassy Windhoek hereby provides the following Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for:
The provision of fuel card services to the Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek, Namibia. The Contractor shall provide a fuel card service which can deliver an efficient and economic fuel card solution for a medium sized vehicle fleet comprising of mainly cars, mini-buses and small light duty vehicles.
This solicitation may result in an award of a purchase order to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
The government may award the contract based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant purchase order will be a firm fixed price type contract.
