AMENDMENT 0001
It has been determined to be in the best interest of the Government to amend Solicitation SPRRA2-23-Q-0018. The Solicitation has been amended in the following particulars but in no others:


1.The Solicitation has been changed from a total Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside to a total small business set aside (100 percent total a small business set aside). Proposals form all small businesses shall be accepted.

2.Narrative A-1 has been changed to reflect the total small business set aside for this procurement.

3.FAR Clause 52.219-30 Notice Of Set-Aside For, Or Sole-Source Award To, Women-Owned Small Business Concerns Eligible Under The Women-Owned Small Business Program HAS EEN Removed.

4.FAR Clause 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside HAS BEEN added to the solicitation.

5.The closing date and time HAS BEEN Extended. The solicitation shall close at 4:00 PM Central Time on 18 August 2023.

PRON: D13H0096D1: The Government proposes to acquire on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) One Time Buy (OTB) contract for a quantity of 12 EACH of an SWITCH ASSEMBLY-AIRFLOW SENSOR; NSN:5930-01-106-9868; Part Number: 11457950 in support of the M-D6-PATRIOT weapon system.  This requirement requires a Production Lot Test. 

This is a total Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside.  Only offors from WOSB shall be accepted.

Manufacture of this part requires special test and/or inspection facilities to determine and maintain ultra precision quality for its function or system integrity. Substantiation and inspection of the precision or quality cannot be accomplished without such specialized test or inspection facilities. Only the source(s) indicated on this certification has access to these facilities/equipment and the Government cannot provide access to any other source. No other part can be substituted for this item. There are no current efforts to remove the requirement for special test and/or inspection facilities for this part.

This part must be acquired directly from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet the prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website:

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.

THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.

EXPORT CONTROL REQUIRES THE APPLICABLE CERTIFICATIONS TO BE CURRENT FOR BOTH THE QUOTER AND MANUFACTURER.
