Description

The total small business set-aside is removed.

The Clauses and Provisions document is updated as follows:

  1. Remove AGAR Provision 452.219-70, Size Standard and NAICS Code Information.
  2. Remove FAR Clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business SetAside.
  3. Add FAR Clause 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns.

Quote due date is extended to 1:00PM CDT on September 22, 2023. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Purchase of Hyperspectral Camera in accordance with the attached Statement of Work.

Quotes shall be sent via email to Sandra.Daniels@usda.gov no later than the time specified in the attached RFQ.  Subject line shall include Solicitation number (12505B23Q0346).

To be eligible for an award, all contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time the quote is submitted. A contractor can contact SAM by calling 1-866-606-8220 or www.sam.gov. NO EXCEPTIONS. A SAM UEI number is required in order to register. All invoices shall be submitted electronically.
