ALCON: This requirement is being reposted as FA480324B0006. Please refer to the new solicitation for submission instructions. Bid due date will be 25 April 2024. 

A new solicitation and price worksheet will be attached. 

The new solicitation should be posted on or about 25 Mar 2024.

Project Title: B1990 Elevator Modernization

This requirement is to modernize the elevator for the control tower (building 1990) on Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. Work for this project includes replacing the existing control system, furnishing and installing a new overspeed governor and governor rope as well as car and counterweight roller guides. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. This award will be evaluated under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. 

A site visit is scheduled for this requirement and will take place on 7 March 2024 at 1:00 PM EST at building 1990 (Control Tower). If you require base access to Shaw AFB, please contact the COR for this requirement, Mr. David Adams at david.adams.57@us.af.mil, no later than COB 29 February 2024. 

Questions will be due by COB 12 March 2024.
