Description

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to update the PWS with the correct number of cable drops and buildings to be serviced. Additionally, another attachment has been added to show the breakdown of cable drops in each location across base. Additions are highlighted in yellow and subtractions are struck through in red.

This acquisition is for the ongoing base-wide cable television programming service. Services within the acquisition will include the monthly cable programming services in addition to other services like installation, repair, maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting. In total, there are 724 (no longer 727) cable drop locations in forty-six (46) [no longer fifty-two (52)] buildings across base that will need to be serviced. This acquisition will include funding from five (5) different units across base, all with their own purchase requests each year for the services specific to their unit.

See Attachment 01 – Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full scope of the requirement.
