Subleases will not be considered.

An expression of interest by a party other than the building’s owner of record must provide satisfactory evidence of authorization from the property owner of record in the form of a representation agreement, a brokerage agreement, a listing contract, or other agreement that grants the exclusive right to represent the building owner executed by the owner of record.
