The Government proposes to acquire, on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 6 each up to 22 each maximum of a SHIPPING AND STORAGE CONTAINER; NSN: 8115-00-420-7824; Part Numbers: 114E5918-8 (Boeing CAGE 77272) or VA974-001-8 (Container Research Corp. CAGE 05259) applicable to the BK CH-47 (Chinook) weapon system.
Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 6 each, 510 Days after Contract Award (DACA) to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA. 17070-5002 to commence no later than 03/12/2025.

This item is suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time from the indicated approved source(s) of supply. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) that is specified on the Source Control Drawing (or Selected Item Drawing or Altered Item Drawing). Suitable technical data, Government data rights, or manufacturing knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from other sources, nor qualification testing of another part nor use of a second source part in the intended application.
This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source (s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to: usarmy.redstone.ccdc-avmc.mbx.ame-sar@mail.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
