The solicitation number is MBK-1900-23 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 with a small business size standard of 1,250.00 employees.

The USPFO PR 156 MSC W50S93 requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following:
LI 001: A mobile broadband kit case that can provide tactical reliable worldwide internet service. Must be able to connect to first-net/ Starlink using a sim card to provide 4G/5G internet services all around the word. Must be fully integrated intelligent and portable 5G/4G LTE networking system configure with cradles point 5G/4G LTE modem, that can effectively support worldwide communications. Must be able to operate globally and certify for military operations. System must be able to provide wifi and ethernet services all over the world. Furthermore system is required to provide high speed data service. Must include a service plan that can be pre-paid only when we need. We dont need a monthly subscription. A SIM Base auto carrier that can support First Net, CBRS band 48 and Starlink providers to provide wifi6 802.11 wireless and gigabit ethernet networking options. Will require a mobile router that includes an embedded 5G modem that can automatically switch to CAT 20 LTE if its a moved outside of the 5g coverage.The system must be self-contain fully integrated has a custom storage locker. Must be integrated into a mil- spec case and with integrated antenna carrier an internal storage. Ethernet port must be extended to the exterior of the case. Must be power by the Rugged power center battery power that can provided continuous service for 6-8 hrs. Must be deployable lightweight less than 25lbs dimensions around 15 x 12 x 7. Must include its own charging/recharge system with solar panels, charging unit must be able to recharge system in aprox 90 minutes. Include a voltmeter to continuously display the system voltage and confirm system is charging. The system must have a battery protection circuit to prevent overcharge or over discharge. If the product requires a SIM card package it must be included with the quote. Must have a customer service where operators can clarify doubts and get service 24/7. Must include an initial training visit where they show product installation hardware and software information, and proper use of equipment.
