Boundary Maintenance Services, Charles River Natural Valley Storage Area, Franklin and Bellingham, MA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Boundary Maintenance Services, Charles River Natural Valley Storage Area, Franklin and Bellingham, MA.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF:

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to execute the boundary identification, clearing and marking services.

1. The base contract is for the completion of boundary specifications on the section of the Charles River Natural Valley Storage Areas segment numbers 19, 20, 21 & 22 located in the Town of Franklin, MA. This covers a total distance of approximately 17.0 linear miles.
2. The option for this contract for the completion of boundary specifications on the section of the Charles River Natural Valley Storage Areas segment numbers 27 & 28, in the Town of Bellingham MA. This covers a total distance of approximately 8.0 linear miles.

This is not a request for quotes at this time.  The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about May 30, 2024.  Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.  The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Contract Opportunities website (www.SAM.gov). 

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
