Description

This Opportunity is for contract holders on the DHS NMACC II ONLY.

Amendment 0007 is issued with ONE attachment on SAM.gov. on 2-25-2023.

The contractor shall provide all the supervision, labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and other services for the design/build of the Consolidated Administration Building at Base Charleston  that will house Base Charleston Administration personnel. This Consolidated Base Administration Building will house approximately seventy-two (72) staff in approximately 72,500 useable square feet.  The Consolidated Base Administration Building is required to be a sustainable facility in accordance with the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) Guiding Principles for Federal Buildings, Dec 2020. The Consolidated Administration Building shall strive to incorporate the best in energy efficiency, environmental and advanced controls using a “whole building” integrated design approach, as well as comply with ENERGY STAR standards. This building shall employ High Performance and Sustainable Building (HPSB) technologies to the maximum extent practicable to achieve net zero energy and emissions per Executive Order (EO) 14057. The project will also include the following two options:  Option Item #1:   The design/construction of approximately 3,000 SF of additional office space will be added to the design of the Base Administrative Facility. The space will support the Maintenance Augmentation Team (MAT) contingent currently housed on the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) complex. The additional space will be administrative only; and Option Item #2:   The contractor shall remove and replace the roadway pavement on South Hobson Ave and North Port Drive/Brumby Street. The contractor shall remove the existing asphalt and aggregate and install new asphalt and aggregate with a geo-grid.

Three Large Attachments - "Hydrostatic Flow Test, Enviromental Phase I EDDA Report, and NSC 9 and 10 Drawings" will be provided as uploaded documents to DOD Safe.
