Description
The Social Security Administration (SSA) currently has a requirement for renewing maintenance on Audimation Caseware IDEA. This software is proprietary. Only Audimation Services, Inc. (Audimation) has access to the source code necessary to provide the required maintenance, which is comprised of updates, upgrades, fixes, and telephone support. There are no authorized resellers. As a result, SSA intends to negotiate exclusively with Audimation.
