Intent to Award Sole Source - Cause Mapping Root Cause Analysis for Facilitators

Supervisor of Shipbuilding Newport News (SSNN) Code 413 Procurement intends to award a Sole Source contract to Novem, Inc. to provide Cause Mapping Root Cause Analysis for Facilitators to Code 300 Quality Control.  The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR part 13.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430, and the business size standard is $15,000,000.  Novem, Inc. is a sole source provider of the Cause Mapping Root Cause Analysis for Facilitators.  The Cause Mapping Root Cause Analysis for Facilitators is protected by Novem, Inc. owned US patents and trademark registration.  There is no other manufacturer to provide similar service.
