Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(1) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S23Q0006 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).  

(2) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, Dated 16 March 2023

(3) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 562998 with a $14.5M size std.

(4) Refer to the attached RFQ and supplemental attachments for: List of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.

(6) Site Visit and Attendance Prerequisites:

Interested parties are encouraged to attend site visit for this requirement to gather information and plan for submittal of any questions for the Spill Containment Pad requirement. In order to attend the site visit interest parties must send their full name, driver license number, state of issue, date of birth, and last four of their social security number to larry.oldford@us.af.mil.

Site visit will take place at 9:00 am Arizona time , 26April 2023. Interested attendees must send their information for processing and clearance no later than 2:00 pm Arizona time 24April 2023 via email to: larry.oldford@us.af.mil . Once cleared all parties will receive confirmation to attend the site visit.  Site visit address: Morris Air National Guard Base, 1650 E. Perimeter Way, Tucson, AZ 85706-6020

 (7) Questions and Answers (Q&A)

Questions regarding the Spill Containment Pad requirement are due by 2:00 pm Arizona time, 27April 2023.  Answers to questions will be posted by Amendment by 2:00 pm on 28April 2023. Responses due by date and time Listed in SAM.Gov.
