2090 - AERIAL WORK PLATFORM, 65 FOOT DIESEL

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Please view attached solicitation for complete details of requirement. N0010422QK061 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This requirement is restricted to brand name Genie under NAICS code 333924, size standard 750. Dealers of Genie are encouraged to provide quotes. This requirement is being conducted using SEPA procedures. 0001 AERIAL WORK PLATFORM, 65 FOOT DIESEL Requirement is for the procurement of 7 65 Foot Diesel Work Platforms. Please see Solicitation Section C for specific item requirements. Units are to be delivered 126 DADC to east coast and west coast locations. FOB destination. Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies. 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies and price will be overall determining factor for award. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies and contractor shall provide a completed copy of the provision. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services applies. DPAS rating DO-A6 applies. Offers shall be submitted electronically no later than 3/14/2022 at 2 PM Eastern.
