Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  Proposals are being requested. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2022-06.  The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is #15A00022R00000126.

Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the SAM.gov (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov.gov. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.  The offeror must have a current profile in the Online Representations and Certifications (http://orca.bpn.gov) prior to award. The above referenced FAR clauses and provisions may be accessed via the World Wide Web at www.aquisitions.gov/far.

All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian Wilkins at Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and shall reference the solicitation # 15A00022R00000126. All questions shall be received by 5:00PM EST on September 6, 2022. Questions received after the stated time and date will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All Proposals shall be submitted via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov. All Proposals shall be received by 5:00PM EST on September 12th, 2022 and shall reference solicitation #15A00022R00000126. Proposals received after the stated time will not be accepted.

Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to Amend the Solicitation under Section L 3.1.3 to add to state SAM.gov Unique Entity ID and to add the Questions and Answers (Q&A's).
