Description

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) has a requirement to perform routine drydocking and repair of the PF-612 HARRIER which includes haul out the vessel, prepare hull surfaces for recoating by sanding, recoat hull, renew all anodes, and perform other miscellaneous repairs.

Refer to Sections 9 and 10 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for submittal instructions and evaluaton criteria.

RFQ AMENDMENT 1

The purpose of this amendment is to include the revised Combined Synopsis/Solicitation which includes the following changes:

1. Allow the contractor to schedule the site visit on or before June 14, 2023

2. Extend the question due date to June 15, 2023 at 1:00 PM (PT)

3. Extend the quotation due date to June 22, 2023 at 1:00 PM (PT)

4. Extend the drydock availability window to no later than August 15, 2023 (Section 9.2 under Paragraph (2) Project Schedule)

5. Include FAR clause 52.204-27, Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application
