The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, CO intends to issue solicitation 15B40623Q00000024 for the acquisition for milk for delivery to the Federal Correctional Complex, Florence, CO. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Terms are FOB Destination, full delivery must be completed by October 25th 2023. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer, conforms to the solicitation, and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price.
