This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ# 70US0924Q70092660 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for COMTAC V Headset w/ 5c Single & Dual Communication Compatibility. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 effective April 22, 2024.  This solicitation is full and open competition and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing). The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract from this solicitation.
