Description

Construction Project: The Contractor shall supply all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the contract specifications, the statement of work, and identified drawings to provide a complete renovation, to include both interior and exterior repairs, for a complete and usable building for housing Soldiers. The project is to repair and reconfigure the existing barracks Building 09176, located on Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, to align with the current standard for unaccompanied enlisted personnel housing (UEPH). The building was originally constructed 1985-88 with 2/2 dwelling modules. The new layout for the building will be 1/1 dwelling modules to align with the UEPH guidelines. The magnitude of construction for this anticipated contract is estimated to be between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. Amendment 0001 posted.
