The Veteran s Integrated Service Network 22 is seeking a contractor to provide Mobile Solar Power Light Towers. The requirement is for Progress Solar Solutions SLT-700 EM+ Mobile Solar Light Tower or equivalent having the following salient characteristics. Brand name Information: Manufacturer: Progress Solar Solutions Part Number: Nomenclature: SLT-700 EM+ Mobile Solar Light Tower Model Number: SLT-700 EM+ Salient Characteristics: Equal to product Information: Light trailer must be mounted on a mobile DOT certified trailer that is capable of being pulled by GSA vehicles. Must comply with all Caltrans requirements to trailers. Trailer must be able to be towed without a CDL license. Tow hitch will be a ball hitch. The operating vertical mast must be a minimum of 20 feet. Supply at least 60,000 lumens Must allow the capability of mounting a video recording system. Must have a solar panel with a solar charge controller Solar panel capable of tilt and rotation. Must have a smart controller used to schedule and control the brightness and length of lighting.
