USAccess 2.0 Acquisition Strategy

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

1.0          INFORMATIONAL NOTICE

This is an informational pre-solicitation notice in connection with the draft performance work statement (PWS) and request for information (RFI) previously posted on www.sam.gov under notice ID 47QTCB22N0003, in support of USAccess shared service.  The purpose of this notice is to provide industry with a preliminary acquisition strategy for the USAccess 2.0 requirement.

The General Services Administration (GSA) is considering the following acquisition strategy:

1. Full and open competition under GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Information Technology (IT) Professional Services Special Item Number (SIN) 54151S resulting in a single award. See the GSA Vendor Support Center for information on modifying GSA Schedule contracts.
2.  Period of performance consisting of a twelve month base period with nine twelve month option periods.
3.  FedConnect will be used to facilitate the solicitation. Vendors will be required to submit their questions and proposals through FedConnect. Vendors are encouraged to register and ensure their registration is actively maintained with FedConnect in advance of a potential solicitation. 
4. Solicitation release is anticipated before the end of fiscal year 2024.

The acquisition strategy is not finalized and GSA reserves the right to change any details of the strategy. This notice is meant to give advance notice to industry to ensure a robust competitive environment if or when a final solicitation is released. 

2.0          RESPONSES

RFI 47QTCB22N0003 was issued for market research purposes and has closed.  No responses from industry are requested at this time. GSA will provide additional communication to industry if needed.
