Joint Base Langley-Eustis Painting Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Invitation for Bid (IFB)

The purpose of solicitation amendment FA480023B00010005 is to delete the QP-1 Certification requirement, incorporate a revised Bidder’s Price List, provide Government responses to Contractors’ questions, and update Sections L and M. This amendment incorporates the following:

1. A revised Attachment 1, Painting IDIQ Specifications, dated 17 July 2023 is hereby incorporated which deletes the QP-1 Certification requirement.
2. A revised Attachment 4, Bidder Price List, dated 17 July 2023 is hereby incorporated. The Price List has been revised to denote separate pricing for Fort Eustis and Langley Air Force base, as well as, adds additional price list items and narratives.
3. A new Attachment 9, Government Responses to Bidders Questions, dated 17 July 2023 is hereby added.
4. Solicitation Section L, Instruction, Conditions and Notices to Bidders, is revised as follows: Paragraphs L-1.1., L-1.6., L-2.1., L-3.3., and L-3.5. are all changed. 5. Solicitation Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award, is revised as follows: Paragraph M-2.5. is changed. Please see “Revised_Section_M_Eval_Factors_JBLE_Painting_17Jul23” PDF document attached (revisions are noted in yellow highlight).
6. The bid opening date and time remain unchanged as: 3 August 2023 at 2 PM ET.
7. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
