General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area:
- North: Beginning at 710 Freeway, continuing east on 91 Freeway, and ending at Lakewood Blvd.
- East: From 91 Freeway, continuing south on Clark Blvd. to Anaheim Street, west on Anaheim Street to Ximeno Avenue, continuing south to E. Livingston Drive, ending at East Ocean Blvd.
- South: From E. Livingston Drive, continuing west to E. Ocean Blvd. to 710 Freeway.
- West: From the 710 Freeway, continuing north to the 91 Freeway.

Additional Requirements:
- Space offered on the ground level is preferred. If ground level space is not available, the Lessor must be able to provide a loading dock, loading zone or short-term parking area required 24/7 on case-by-case basis.
- Agency must have ability to transport large coolers (3 feet wide and 2 feet in depth) to and from vehicles. If a freight elevator is not provided then large hand trucks, coolers, and other items must be transported via passenger elevators.
- Required parking spaces must have ability to be secured, i.e., fenced in or barriers.
- Offered space must be available for access 24/7 and must be capable of allowing a controlled access security system.
- Ceiling height of offered space shall be at a minimum 9 feet and 0 inches and no more than 12 feet and 0 inches measured from floor to the lowest obstruction.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Long Beach, CA that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
