02AUG2023 - Amendment 0001 is issued to change the Site Visit meeting time from 10:00 a.m. Central Time to 9:00 a.m. Central Time on 11 August 2023.  Additionally, Bidder's question Q1 and Government's response A1 are incorporated into the solictation.

31JUL2023 - Solicitation 36C77623B0064 was issued and posted to SAM initially on 28JUL2023 under the Notice ID 36C77623Q0319.  28 July 2023 is still the official issuance date of this solicitation although the document was posted to SAM using that incorrect Notice ID.  The correct Notice ID is 36C77623B0064.  Accordingly, the solicitation and its attachments are hereby posted again using the correct Notice ID.

Last day for technical questions is 17 August 2023 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.  Please submit your questions to mary.harding@va.gov as soon as possible, even if they are submitted incrementally.  Please do not compile them over time, and then send one email with multiple questions on 17 August, as that can delay the procurement process.
