Solicitation No. 47PA0422R0003– Electric power supply for various Federal Accounts in the District of Columbia and State of Maryland

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA or Government) is requesting proposals for the supply of all electricity supply commodity components up to the Delivery Point as specified in Attachment 2 of this solicitation for Federal facilities located in various Local Distribution Utility (LDU) service territories within the District of Columbia and State of Maryland. Pricing is to the Delivery Point and shall include all cost components referenced in Attachment 2 of this solicitation. The price shall also include transmission and distribution line losses to the end-use meter. The Contractor shall supply the full requirements of such electricity for a term of up to thirty-six (36) monthly billing cycles for accounts included in this contract, as specified in Section C.2. The Government has placed its requirements into five (5) pricing groups. The service start date for each account shall begin with the first utility meter read date specified by the applicable utility for the month listed in Exhibit 1 for each account. Additional requirements for Pricing Group one (1), as well as for Pricing Groups two (2), three (3), and four (4) are detailed in the solicitation.
