Description:
USDA APHIS Veterinary Services (VS) is in the process of revising its approach to valuing livestock and poultry for purposes of indemnity as part of VS animal health programs.
This process includes developing standards for independent third-party appraisals. These standards include who can be considered qualified to conduct such appraisals. Pricing shall include all costs necessary to accomplish the services in the statement of work (including but not limited to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance, transportation, labor hours, equipment and supplies).
Period of Performance: Date of Award to 05/31/2023
Submit questions to carol.dingess@usda.gov. Questions should be submitted no later than ten days (11/22/2022) prior to the response deadline to ensure adequate time is available to respond and to amend the solicitation if necessary
If an interested party’s quote package has not completed all of the items listed on the first page of Attachment_1_Solicitation 12639523Q0019 - Instructions, the quote may be considered incomplete for evaluation purposes and no further consideration will be given, thereby making quote ineligible for award.
