Description

The purpose of Amendment 5 is to request vendors send an email to lehlinger@blm.gov or dhammons@blm.gov if they intend on attending the site visit on August 10, 2023, at 10:00 AM.
The purpose of Amendment 4 is to make a correct to the site visit information in SAM.gov. A Site Visit will be held for this requirement, on August 10, 2023, at 10:00 AM. (See Below 52.237-1 Site Visit (Apr 1984)
Quotations Due Date: Quotes will be only accepted via e-mail at lehlinger@blm.gov no later than August 16, 2023, 10:00 AM (PDT).

The purpose to Amendment 3 is change the set aside to unrestricted. Please see updated highlighted clauses/provisions. An additional site visit is scheduled for August 10, 2023, please see 52.237-1 for instructions. Please use the more updated PWS (Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (PWS) 0723.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Arcata Field Office, (Humboldt County) is issuing this combined synopsis solicitation for Forest thinning and hazardous fuels reduction under commercial item procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number 140L1223Q0042.
