ACC APG S3CoE Cost and Price Proposal Workshop for Industry (Registration)

Synopsis:  The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Source Selection Support Center of Excellence (S3CoE) will host its FY 23, 5th virtual symposium entitled Cost and Price Proposal Workshop for Industry on Wednesday, 9 August 2023, 9:00-10:30 am Eastern Time (ET) online via Microsoft Teams.

The purpose of the cost and price workshop is to provide industry insight on adequate proposal submissions, cost and price analyses that may be required for different contract types, industry proposal trends and myth-busting.

The workshop will be available to industry and government.

Agenda:

• Welcome and panel introductions
• Define adequate proposal submissions
• Define cost and price analyses
• Spotlight proposal documentation requests with rationale for submissions
• Spotlight industry proposal trends with mitigation strategies
• Proposal myth-busting
• Audience chat questions
• Closing remarks

ACC APG cost price analysts will offer individual, company virtual MS Teams breakout sessions, to offer guidance on how to respond to a mock request for proposal (RFP) for up to four (4) company personnel.

The breakout sessions will be scheduled for future dates. Company points of contact on the RSVP forms will be contacted to schedule the sessions.

The symposium slides, questions, answers and the post symposium summary will be posted on SAM.gov no later than 16 August 2023 (a recording will not be available).
