The primary objective of the project is to remove and replace approximately 54,042 sq. ft. of an existing 23-year-old Single Ply EPDM roof, then furnish and install a Two-Ply SBS Modified Bitumen roofing system. All actions conducted shall be consistent with the Environmental Protection Agency, Region 3 Fort Meade ESC Roof Replacement construction documents and applicable codes.
