Description

The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest has a requirement for replacing roofs on several buildings on multiple Ranger Districts in Eastern-Central Arizona. 

Project consists of replacing roofs on USFS Buildings.  The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, materials, equipment and vehicles, tools, parts, labor, transportation, lodging, and miscellaneous items to repair roofing forest-wide.  The project is located on multiple Ranger Districts of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests in central-eastern Arizona.

Type of Award. As a result of this solicitation, the Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract using FAR 15 Request For Quotation (RFQ) Best Value format.  This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside to NAICS code 238160 $16.5 Million is the maximum size standard to qualify as small business.  PSC code Z1AZ. 

Basis for Award – Award will be made based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (FAR 15) offer that meets or exceeds the subfactors (acceptability standards) for technical capability.

Formal Site Visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, September 21, 2022, 10:00 a.m., local.  Meeting will begin at the Lakeside Ranger Station, 2022 West White Mountain Blvd., Lakeside, AZ 85929
