Description

This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the United States Secret Service (USSS) offers vendors a streamlined submission process requiring minimal organizational and technical information. The process features a fast-track assessment with notifications provided within 10 business days of receipt (subject to submission volume). Organizations can submit solutions via video format at any time while the announcement remains open, with no limit to the number of submissions across their portfolio of relevant solutions. All video submissions must clearly identify which focus area(s) outlined in the BAA their solution is addressing.  Additionally, these focus areas must be specified in the subject line of email submission.

Participants will receive direct feedback from USSS community operators, customers, subject matter experts, and end users to support product development, iteration, and refinement. Multiple contract pathways are available, including research, development, prototyping, test and evaluation, procurement for experimental purposes, and production.

This BAA will remain open until 31 January 2026, unless amended.  The first batch of video submissions are due Wednesday, 29 January, 2025. Additional batch due dates will be posted throughout the BAA life.

This BAA is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102 (d)(2) and FAR 35.016, although awards may be made based on FAR and non-FAR authorities.  A separate Request for Proposal (RFP) or other solicitation document will NOT be issued.

No funding for direct reimbursement of video/material development costs shall be allowed.  Industry engagement and materials submitted under this announcement shall not be returned.

It is the policy of DHS to treat all materials as proprietary information and to disclose their contents only for the purposes of evaluation. Please note only unclassified materials may be submitted. Classified information must not be transmitted.

***Amendment 0001***
