Description
This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notification to identify potential interested vendors.
We currently have 8 spare DMC-C (single port), 1 spare DMCO (4 port) and 2 spare DMC-4KZ-CO-HD (2 port) cards that are not assigned to the current touch screen programming or programmed within our DM-MD32X32 Matrixer. We need 2 existing Command Post screens added to the system (cabling and DM-RMC-SCALER-C in place). Additionally we need 3 existing Ops Auditorium screens added to the system (cabling and DM-RMC-4KZ-SCALER-C in place), one Ops Auditorium Input (Cabling and DM-TX-201-C in place) and 1 GVision 10" Touchscreen Monitor installed in the Ops Auditorium.
We are looking to have the contractor update and program the existing control system of the Crestron Video Distribution Switch System (VDS) to include the capability to add outputs for 5 existing display screens, 1 input and 1 Touch Screen controller (vendor provided). This may entail installation of a CPU card, touch screen or other hardware deemed necessary for the upgrade of the system to accept the additional inputs/outputs. We will provide a ME ANG wiring diagram for input/output needs. Vendor shall be an authorized Crestron dealer and be licensed to program Crestron devices. Vendor shall bring VDS up to the current software and firmware (as of Aug 2022). This service must be performed prior to installation and integration of additional inputs and outputs.
We are also looking to have the vendor provide training for 101ARW personnel on use of the system, troubleshooting, and adding inputs and outputs to the system as well as supply user/training guides for the system.
Please provide to the individual identified below if you are capable of meeting these requirements. You may contact Timothy Rexrode (below) with questions.
