Description

The USPTO seeks a software case management solution for managing and tracking matters under review by attorneys, contractors, and support staff concerning unauthorized and/or improper activity before the Trademark Office.  The purpose of this Request For Information (RFI) is to seek sources capable of meeting agency requirements related to our Case Management requirement.  Please review the details of the the RFI in the attached PDF document.  Questions are due by Monday, April 24th.  Responses are due by Monday, May 8th.  Responses must be submitted to BOTH POCs listed in the RFI.
