Description
New Constuction Project- Furnish all necessary labor, materials/supplies, equipment, services, and supervision necessary to accomplish all tasks necessary for the completion of the work set forth in this Statement of Work (SOW). These services include, but are not limited to providing: labor and material necessary for the successful completion of the required work. It is the responsibility of the contractor to inform themselves of all conditions where the existing WFO is located.
100% Small Business Set-Aside per FAR Part 13 under the SAT. Firm Fixed Priced contract will be awarded per the tradeoff criteria in CAR 1352.213- 70. See attached full Construction Clauses and Provisions with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award. New contract, no incumbent.
