REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

Notice of Sources Sought: The intent of this RFI is primarily to determine Small Business marketplace participation.

* MCAGCC - Uninterruptable Power Source (UPS) Maintenance Service Contract.

The Marine Corps Regional Contracting Office located in Twentynine Palms, CA is seeking qualified sources for a potential future requirement. The purpose of this request for information is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (i.e. Small/Large business, HUBzone, 8(a), etc.). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information to this request for information, nor any subsequent exchanges.

The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 with an associated U.S. Small Business Administration size standard of $22.0 MIL. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) is J061. Please identify if you believe a more appropriate NAICS/PSC exists.

The potential requirement is to provide Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one base year and four one-year option periods with a possible six month extension (FAR Clause 52.219-8). Anticipated award date: October

2022.

The requirement will provide preventative maintenance (PM) services, corrective maintenance (CM) repairs and restoration services, and emergency repair (ER) maintenance response services for the various uninterruptable power sources (UPS) and the associated rechargeable batteries sub-systems located aboard the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine Palms, CA.
