AN11--Visible Network Labs suicide prevention study

1. Contracting Activity: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 04 Organizational Activity: Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 04, Wilmington, DE VA Medical Center 2237 number: 460-22-4-4013-0057 2. Brief Description of Supplies/ Services required and the intended use/Estimated Amount: This requirement is for the procurement of Visible Network Lab s PARTNER CPRM and PARTNERme social network analysis tools. These tools will be utilized in a 24 month long pilot outreach and research program focused on the prevention of Veteran suicide. The PARTNER tools will be utilized in: identifying breaks in continuity of care, recording these events, performing the necessary follow-up, and monitoring the results. NCO 4 intends to award a 2 year, firm-fixed price, non-severable service contract for these required services. 3. Unique characteristics that limit availability to only one source, with the reason no other supplies or services can be used: The PARTNER tools are proprietary to Visible Network Labs with no authorized reseller/partner vendors. These tools will be utilized by VA employed social workers and peer support specialists for purposed stated above and to maintain data continuity with existing VA suicide prevention programs utilizing the PARTNER tools.
