The documents listed in Section J of this solicitation constitute the work description, specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to define the task requirements for performance under this RFP and may be incorporated into the resulting contract either by reference or full text.

Requirements:

The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to operate, maintain, and support (OM&S) the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS) at Cavalier SFS Force Station, ND. Services encompass base support including management of radar and mission computer maintenance, civil engineering, environmental functions, security, logistics, sensitive and non-sensitive communications. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, administrative, and managerial resources necessary on a continuous, 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week (24/7) basis to meet Space Force Station operations and maintenance requirements as specified in this PWS. Services shall include support for system upgrades and modifications, as well as provide day-to-day support services. The Contractor shall support organizational level maintenance on system upgrades and modifications once they are accepted by the Government.
