Gardening-Landscaping Services for Embassy Bogota

The requirement is for providing Gardening-Landscaping Services to the U.S. Mission in Colombia.  The average annual number of square meters to be serviced per year is 28,000.  Please note these are only estimated quantities.  The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and two one-year periods at the option of the Government.  All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. 

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

The resultant contract will be a FIXED priced type contract.

The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference on March 27, 10:00 am. at the US Embassy Bogotá. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Eila Sepulveda/Jorge Losada by March 22, 4:00 pm at the following email address losadaja@state.gov for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7
